Brine Injector ZN-84II

The brine injector is a core automated curing equipment for deep meat processing. The whole machine is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, complying with food hygiene production standards. Through a high-pressure needle matrix, it evenly injects prepared brine, spice liquid, water retention agents, soy protein and other curing materials into meat fibers, completing three processes of flavor penetration, water retention and physical tenderization in one go. It largely replaces the traditional soaking and curing process, suitable for standardized assembly line production of boneless meat, bone-in meat, poultry and aquatic products, and is widely applied in meat processing plants, central kitchens and prepared food factories.
