Brine Injection Machine

Brine Injection Machine is an essential piece of meat processing equipment used for rapid marinating, tenderizing, and water retention treatment for all kinds of meat products. It injects prepared brine, seasoning liquid, and nutritional solution into the inside of meat through high-pressure multi-needle penetration, realizing uniform flavoring, improved tenderness, and higher finished product yield. It is widely used in commercial and industrial meat production lines.

Working Principle

The machine adopts automatic conveyor feeding and high-pressure independent single-needle injection structure. During operation, the multi-row injection needles penetrate the meat evenly and deliver the brine liquid stably under adjustable pressure. When the needles encounter bones or hard parts, they automatically bounce back to avoid needle breakage. The whole brine system adopts circulating filtration and stirring design to prevent sediment blockage and ensure consistent injection concentration.

The brine injection machine is suitable for beef, lamb, pork, chicken, duck, fish and other meat raw materials. Q1: Can this machine inject thick seasoning liquid with particles? A1: Yes. Equipped with multi-layer filtration and stirring system, it supports brine with spices, auxiliary materials and fine particles.
